Our Backstage
Meet our team
Giada Pugliese - Founder and Director
Giada started Stage Slumber with one goal: to make live music easier for both artists and fans. She's a regular gig-goer,currently completing her MA in Music Business at Tileyard London, and has worked on gigs and tour projects with artists like Luke Vella, Nonpiangere, and Cat Reynolds.
Before launching Stage Slumber, Giada was a Reservations Supervisor at a major lifestyle hotel brand, where she honed the organisational and people skills she now applies to touring, booking, and artist care.
Cristina Racioppi - Founder and Director
Cristina is the organisational brain behind Stage Slumber — and also the one most likely to show up with freshly baked treats. She studied Linguistic Mediation at Sapienza University in Rome and worked as a Reservations Agent at a leading lifestyle hotel, where she honed her skills in top-tier customer service and smooth operations.
Now, she brings that same care and attention to detail to helping artists and fans have better live music experiences. Whether it's planning tour logistics or coordinating travel, Cristina's all about making things easier, calmer, and a little sweeter (literally).
Our mission
We are fans and music lovers.
At Stage Slumber, we're here to support and enrich the live music community, one show at a time.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between artists and fans, making live music experiences smoother, more connected, and more accessible. Whether you're stepping on stage or dancing in the crowd, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on what matters most: the music, the moment, and the community that makes it unforgettable.
